By accessing or using the Waveclubs platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Waveclubs provides a cloud-based management platform for surf businesses, including but not limited to:

• Session, booking, and calendar management.
• Equipment and inventory tracking.
• Payment processing through integrated Stripe accounts.
• Automated WhatsApp and Instagram messaging for bookings.
• Revenue analytics and reporting dashboards.
• Public marketplace listings for customer discovery.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring that information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Access to the Waveclubs dashboard requires an active subscription at $79.99/month per organization. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically unless cancelled.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abuse messaging integrations.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use the platform for any business other than legitimate surf or water sports operations.

6. Intellectual Property

The Waveclubs platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Waveclubs. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Waveclubs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waveclubs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
